1. What insurances do you accept?

Those with commercially provided insurance are still welcome at our practice, but full payment for services is due at the time of service. Itemized receipts with applicable diagnoses and codes will be provided.

Our cash-pay model ensures simple, upfront costs. Patients benefit from knowing exactly what they are paying without dealing with network restrictions, denied claims, or billing surprises.

You will receive a bill only at the time of your appointment. We believe in a transparent billing process where you know what you are paying for. There are no hidden fees and you will not receive more bills in the mail later. We do not accept deferred payments or installments. All payments are due at the time of service.

You can pay your bill by cash, check, or debit/credit card.
